R.I.P. Grandpa

My grandfather was the strongest, proudest, nicest man I ever knew. He worked on the railroad, he built houses, he fought fires and saved lives for over 25 years. As soon as I saw him in his uniform as a kid I dreamt of being just like him. He worked his whole life to give everyone else what they needed and wanted. A real Genuine man. He told us stories, we sat on his lap and he taught me how to give a bear hug. Never once did I hear him raise his voice and not once did I hear him be judgemental.
